Bruce Anderson and TurnOn Toronto provide life changing workshops, coaching and hypnosis services to individuals, couples and groups to overcome limiting beliefs and achieve goals. We deal with limiting beliefs around money, love, relationships, success, health, etc. Our work is focused on shifting people from fear and obligation to desire, from suffering to gratitude, from a scarcity mindset to an abundance mindset and from blaming the world to learning to take responsibility for their own choices. Imagine limiting beliefs as a box – walls that box us in and prevent us from being all that we can be. Limiting beliefs can take the form of "I can't do X" as well as more subtle forms like "X is the only way that Y can be done". Our strategy is to teach clients how to harness the energy and resources already within them and use that energy to create the life they desire.For small, short term change like quit smoking or weight loss we generally refer applicants to hypnotists who do short term work.
