Team Stellar is actively working on sending a robotic spacecraft to the Moon, competing in the Google Lunar X Prize challenge. The Google Lunar X Prize is an international Moon exploration challenge organized by the X Prize Foundation, and sponsored by Google, to land a robotic craft on the lunar surface, travel at least 1,650 feet (500 meters) and send data and high definition images and video back to Earth.
