Based in a fully accessible state-of-the-art building SCAC is a contemporary multi- arts venue that presents cutting edge exciting new work including the best of emerging talent, family work and BAME theatre. We work collaboratively to bring the rich backdrop of east London to the stage. • Based in the heart of east London's communities we welcome 120,000 people through the doors, and typically sell 40,000 tickets annually • We curate a professional and community programme of 150 productions of dance, theatre, music, comedy and circus and offer 10,000 participatory arts sessions through classes, workshops and events a year • We are a destination venue for the local community -the audience for the acclaimed children's theatre programme ‘Circlets' typically comprises of 85% local families • We support a host of community-led arts groups including a youth choir, youth theatre and Blue Sky Actors Here are some ways in which your company can leave a lasting legacy by supporting our work: Made in Stratford Stratford Circus Arts Centre is commissioning a brand new theatre production, supporting it through research and development stages and premiering the piece to over 18,000 audience members. This year we are making 800 £1 tickets available for children and families to see our Christmas show then join us for a delicious hot meal. We will be working with children's centres, food banks and local ambassadors to reach those children whose families can't afford to take their children for a Christmas treat.
