DJS provides individualized care and treatment to youth who have violated the law or who are a safety risk to themselves or others. Objective screening and assessment tools are utilized to manage youth with the guidance of the data collected. DJS works with partners in the community to achieve meaningful improvements to the outcomes of the youth served.
