Our objective is to start a business that will develop new hotels from the ground up, utilizing exclusively the Hilton and Marriott brands. The company’s objective is to seek customers associated with REITs (Real Estate Investment Trust) that specialize in hotel ownership but are not in the business of construction of them, and to sell them our new hotels. Recent hotel purchase history has shown that REITs will pay a premium for quality hotels with the Marriott and Hilton brands. My companies have built over 90 hotels in the last 20 years in over 17 states and have acquired a unique experience in building and owning hotels of many brands. We have already made contacts with certain Hospitality REITS and have verified their interest in our plan to produce new hotels.
