The company's early history involved development of 50 acres near downtown Fort Worth into a commercial and industrial business park. Greenway was responsible for infrastructure design and development, sale of developed sites and development and leasing of multi-tenant and single tenant facilities within the project Over the years, Greenway has constructed and developed many different types of real estate properties from retail to industrial The focus in the last 20 years has been in development and leasing of free standing single tenant retail facilities and ground leases.
