Endeavor Defense & Fitness is a local physical fitness gym that has been serving clients in the Hilliard area since 2012. No matter what your size, ability or background is, the self-defense classes at Endeavor will help you to build a physical ability to defend yourself and more importantly a psychological understanding of what it will take to do so. The program is based heavily on the system of Krav Maga, a hand-to-hand system originating in Israel. In addition to KM we teach elements of wrestling, boxing, thai boxing, grappling, and use of weapons.
