CGF CHARCUTERIE Créée en 1982, CGF est l'histoire de 3 amis dont 2 frères.Tout a commencé à Coulogne dans l'atelier familial.Depuis le tout début, notre stratégie s'est concentrée sur 2 points : des produits de qualité. & s'approvisionner en matières premières locales(100% de notre porc est originaire des Hauts-de-France, 100% de notre canard provient du Sud-Ouest de la France).En 2008, Manuel et Romain rejoignent l'entreprise dans le but de la reprendre.L'histoire continue ... Nous fabriquons des produits régionaux depuis le tout début, il était donc naturel de développer une gamme de produits gourmands avec des recettes qui remontent aux origines de l'entreprise : notamment les marchés locaux, notamment les marchés de Noël.CGF CHARCUTERIE Created in 1982, CGF is the tale of 3 friends, including 2 brothers.It all started in Coulogne in the family workshop.Since the very start, our strategy has focused on 2 points: quality products. & sourcing local raw materials(100% of our pork is from the Hauts-de-France, 100% of our duck comes from the South West of France).In 2008 Manuel and Romain joined the company with the aim of taking it over.The story continues...We've been making regional products since the very start, so it was only natural to develop a range of gourmet products using recipes that go back to the company's origins: namely local markets, especially Christmas markets.
