ARC Partners LLP (which trades as ARC Associates) is authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority: FRN number 467068 The firm was formed in the US in 1988 and began its operations in the UK in 1993 to provide clients with advice in corporate finance and transaction execution services focused on private and public equity and debt capital markets, mergers and acquisitions, (M&A) corporate divestitures, company valuations and corporate development.Since inception, ARC Associates has successfully completed transactions with a total value of over $6 billion. ARC's focus is in the Telecommunications, Technology, Digital Media, Infrastructure, Renewable Energy, Property and the Financial services sectors. Most assignments are executed in the private markets but several transactions have been in the quoted sector. Clients are predominantly unlisted companies or investment funds, nonetheless ARC's largest transactions to date (2018) being for listed company clients and private equity sponsors.Assignments are undertaken in all the major European markets (including the UK, France, Germany and the Nordic region), as well as the U.S.A., Asia and Australasia.
